HELLO!!
Here I am again to share some useful information with you
guys!
To those who are/wish to pursue their studies in the
University/ Colleges/ Academy around Subang Jaya, such as Taylor’s Lakeside
Campus, Monash U, Sunway University, The One Academy, Metropolitan College,
Inti College etc., I believe this post will be really useful to you!
As everyone knows that LDP is real jam during the peak hours
and I have friends spent 3 hours each day to travel on the road to back and
forth to their University! Many of them would rather to rent a house nearby to
avoid the massive jam and they could save so much of their precious time to
catch up the assignments or homework! However, the rental/sale price is slightly
pricy at that area. Hence, if you wish to have a good deal on getting a
room/house in Subang Jaya, then you will need to visit Propwall!
Propwall is a Malaysia based accommodation website. You will
able to look for your desire room with photo attached, description given and
rental fee/sales price offered!
This is the list of the top properties under/nearby Subang Jaya area.
Comparison can be made as well so that you can select the best offer available! Statistic and the changes of the price and also price in term of per square feet are also provided!
Quick! Bookmark the website now and share to your friends right
now! ;)
